Insurance Care RCM, a leading U.S.-based Revenue Cycle Management firm, is looking for a Senior Medical Biller to join their team in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, in‑office position offering a competitive monthly salary between PKR 100,000 and PKR 150,000 (based on expertise). The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of hands‑on U.S. healthcare billing experience and a deep understanding of multi‑specialty revenue cycle management.
The role focuses on end‑to‑end RCM, including charge entry, claim scrubbing, denial management, and direct communication with U.S. providers. You'll work with high‑value clients, including mental health, dental, wound care, chiropractic, and general practice specialists. Key Requirements (Eligibility & Documents)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of dedicated U.S. medical billing experience (strict requirement).
- Multi‑Specialty Expertise: Proven track record in at least 3‑4 specialties, e.g., Mental Health (Psychology/LCSW), Dental (PPO/Premier), Wound Care, Chiropractic, and General Practice.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert understanding of CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS modifiers, and revenue cycle workflows (charge entry, claim scrubbing, payment posting, A/R follow‑up).
- Payer Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare (MACs), Medicaid (PAVE/Medi‑Cal), and commercial payers (Anthem, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Sanford).
- System Mastery: Experience with EHR/EMR systems such as Kareo, Office Ally, AdvancedMD, Athena, eClinicalWorks, and clearinghouses.
- English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to participate in Zoom calls with U.S. doctors and insurance representatives.
- Problem Solver: Ability to perform root cause analysis on denials, identify fee schedule discrepancies, and advocate for higher reimbursements.
